We do our best to photograph and describe our shades as accurately as possible.
However, colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, device and settings. This is particularly worth bearing in mind when buying fabrics online.
Our shades are handmade, and because we work with vintage fabrics, designer remnants and reclaimed materials, there may sometimes be small variations in colour, texture or finish. That's part of what makes them individual.
We'll always aim to make sure product descriptions, measurements, photographs and fitting information are accurate. If you're unsure about anything before ordering, ask us. We're very happy to help.

Buying a lampshade online shouldn't be a guessing game.
If you're not sure which shade, size or fitting you need, get in touch before you buy. Send us a photo, your measurements or a quick description of your lamp and we'll help you choose.
If you follow our advice and we get the size, fitting or suitability wrong, we'll put it right. That includes covering the return and helping you find a shade that works.
We can't promise that every shade will be everyone's cup of tea — that's rather the point of having choices — but we can promise to give you honest, practical advice to help you make the right one.
5. Placing an order
When you place an order, you're asking us to supply the product you've selected.
Once we've received your order and payment, we'll send you an order confirmation. Your order is then accepted unless we contact you to say otherwise.
Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase, particularly the size, fitting and delivery address.
If we can't fulfil your order for any reason, we'll contact you as soon as possible and refund any payment you've made.
6. Prices and payment
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.
We may change our prices from time to time, but the price you pay will be the price shown when you place your order.
From time to time we may offer discounts or promotions. These may have their own terms and conditions, which will apply alongside these Terms & Conditions.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.

We'll always aim to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, as once your parcel leaves us it's in the hands of the delivery service.
We'll do our best to help if something goes astray or is delayed, but we're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as postal delays, extreme weather or other unforeseen events.
